OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - An Oshkosh man accused of attacking four women near the UW-Oshkosh campus this fall is getting more time before sentencing.
Joshua Immel, 27, was charged with eight counts, including sexual assault, kidnapping and false imprisonment.
In each attack the woman was able to escape, sometimes with the help of an intervening passer-by.
At a plea and sentencing hearing Wednesday morning, Immel's defense asked for another evaluation of their client, which could take six to eight weeks.
Attorneys also suggested there might be a resolution to the case.
Together, the charges against Immel carry almost 100 years in prison.
