GREENVILLE, Wis. (WBAY) - Ryder notified the state that it's permanently closing its Ryder Integrated Logistics offices and warehouse in Greenville.

The facility on Quality Drive currently employs about 159 people, according to Ryder. They'll all be laid off effective December 31, 2017.

Most of the employees (110) are material handlers. Other positions being eliminated include warehouse team leaders, warehouse floor clerks and customer logistics supervisors.

The state Department of Workforce Development says it and the Bay Area Workforce Development rapid response team will work with the employees to help them search for other jobs.
