(WBAY) - Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant early Wednesday morning in Waikiki, according to a report from Hawaii station KHON.
KHON cites police sources that say Guion was pulled over Wednesday at 4 a.m. in Waikiki. Police sources told KHON that Guion failed a breathalyzer test.
Guion turned 30 on Wednesday.
Guion is suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy.
In 2015, the NFL suspended him for three games following a marijuana possession arrest.
Action 2 Sports Director Chris Roth reports that if found guilty Guion could be suspended for the DUI offense on top of his current suspension for PEDs.
Guion signed with the Packers in 2014. He re-signed with the team in 2015, and again in 2016.
During the 2016 season, he recorded 30 tackles.
