The 19-year-old called police around 4:50 reporting someone shot through the window of his home on the 1000-block of Western Avenue while he was inside playing video games.

Police blocked off the scene and canvassed the neighborhood, but by looking at the hole in the window they were able to determine that the gunshot came from inside the house.

Officers found the bullet about a foot below the ground outside, and they found a gun they believe fired that bullet inside a bedroom.

The man was taken into custody, and the case is being forwarded to the Brown County District Attorney's office for investigation.
