Peak wind gusts for Dec. 4 and Dec. 5

NORTHEAST WISCONSIN (WBAY) - Powerful winds with 40-50 mph gusts downed trees and power lines and caused some tricky travel on Dec. 4 and 5.

Manitowoc topped the wind speed list with 52 mph gusts recorded at the city's airport.
