Parents charged after meth lab discovered at Granton home

GRANTON, Wis. (WSAW) - Two parents from Clark County have been charged after investigations said a meth lab was discovered at their Granton area home.

Clark County Sheriff Greg Herrick stated Jonathan Tuggle, 33 and Elizabeth Tuggle, 37, were arrested June 28.

Two children were removed from the home and taken to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation, according to a news release. Four dogs and two cats were also removed from the home.

Both are charged with 10 counts including three counts of recklessly endangering safety.

The arrests are result of a joint investigation by the sheriff's department, Division of Criminal Investigation and Granton Area Fire Department.

A clandestine lab clean-up team and the Clark County Humane Society also assisted. Court documents stated the clean-up cost $1,600.

Elizabeth Tuggle is free on $10,000 cash bond. Jonathan Tuggle is in custody on $20,000 cash bond.
