GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - A Hobart man accused of sexually assaulting a woman and her daughter and possessing child pornography pleaded guilty Tuesday to numerous charges.
Christopher Anderson, who's 44, avoided a trial scheduled to start on Wednesday.
Anderson was a certified nursing assistant at an assisted-living facility in Allouez when investigators traced child pornography being downloaded to a computer there. Investigators then found videos on Anderson's personal laptop that appeared to show him sexually assaulting a woman and child who appeared to be asleep or unconscious.
A former girlfriend interviewed by police recognized the room and identified her daughter, who was 11 at the time, from photographs.
The two most serious charges against Anderson carry up to 60 years in prison each. Two others carry up to 40 years each.
Anderson's sentencing is scheduled for April 13.
