GREENVILLE, Wis. (WBAY) - Cintas Corporation will receive more than half a million dollars in state tax credits for the construction of its new laundry and maintenance facility in Greenville.
Cintas is building a 54,000-square foot cleaning facility and operations center off State Highway 15 and County CB.
It's expected to grow the company from 80 employees at its current Greenville facility to 140 employees.
Gov. Walker announced the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is supporting the project with up to $575,000 in business development tax credits over three years, depending on its capital investment and how many jobs it creates.
Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cintas has more than 400 facilities in North America, according to the governor's office. It provides company uniforms; industrial carpet and tile cleaning; floor mats, and fire and safety protection products.
It had $1.61 billion in corporate revenue in its latest quarter, according to a company news release.
