APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - Local Salvation Army chapters hope to raise more than $1 million each through kettle donations this holiday season, to fund programs in the Fox Cities, Green Bay and Oshkosh year-round.
Local organizations are helping to boost that effort by doubling all contributions dropped in the familiar red kettles.
