    Every summer June 25 is a day dedicated to kids in Green Bay, simply known as Kids' Day. The mayor started the annual event in 2003 as a way to reward children for their work during the school year. Even with cloudy skies and the chance of rain looming, kids and their families packed Bay Beach Amusement Park as soon as it opened. "I'm looking forward to getting on the tilt a whirl.
