The Machickanee Players proudly present Scott Haan’s comedy “Insane With Power” as the 2nd show of their 35th season! The storyline is: Lois Lancaster is a big-city journalist writing about the current state of mental health facilities. Her research takes her to a hospital populated with a unique group of quirky inmates who imagine they are crime-fighting superheroes: Speed Freak (who can run at incredible speeds), Dim Bulb (who is able to turn off light bulbs with his mind), Mental (who is able to read minds, sort of), and Kevin. At first Lois finds their superhero fantasies to be an entertaining diversion, until something unusual happens that makes her wonder . . .
Don’t miss this hilarious comedy!!
