COMPLETE RULES

1. Viewers will be asked to write down five words or phrases in the order that they are announced on ACTION 2 NEWS THIS MORNING. One word or phrase will be announced each day of the week, Monday through Friday. Each word or phrase will be announced twice each day between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. Viewers can enter one of three ways:

• U.S. mail: Write down the five words or phrases on a postcard or letter no smaller than 3 ½” x 5” and not to exceed 8½”x11” in size along with their name, address and phone number, and mail to WBAY-TV, 115 South Jefferson St., Green Bay, WI 54301.
• Internet: Register online on the designated page at WBAY.com.
• In store: Entries may be dropped off at Suess Electronics, 2520 W. Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton.

Limit one entry per person per weekly drawing. Online entries are limited to one entry per unique email address. Duplicates of all entries will be discarded.

2. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of WBAY-TV, Young Broadcasting Inc., participating sponsors, competing television stations, cable and satellite companies, and their immediate families are not eligible. Contestants must be from WBAY’s TV coverage area in Northeast Wisconsin which includes a total of 16(sixteen) Wisconsin counties and 1(one) Michigan county and is defined by Nielsen Media Research as [Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Menominee (WI), Menominee (MI), Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago counties] and Sheboygan county.

3. Contest weeks are Monday through Friday, October 26-30, 2009; November 2-6, 2009; November 9-13, 2009; and November 16-20, 2009. The first week’s deadline for entering is Tuesday, November 3, at 3:00 p.m.; the second week’s deadline is Tuesday, November 10, at 3:00 p.m.; the third week’s deadline is Tuesday, November 17, at 3:00 p.m.; and the fourth week’s deadline is Tuesday, November 24, at 3:00 p.m.

4. Odds of winning are determined by the number of correct entries.

5. Each week the prize of this contest will be a 40-inch Mitsubishi 1080p 120Hz LCD TV with built-in Dolby Digital Surround Sound (model LT-40153) courtesy of Suess Electronics. Four 40-inch TVs will be given away during this contest. The retail value of each TV is $1,799.99. One 52-inch Mitsubishi 1080p 120Hz LCD TV with built-in Dolby Digital Surround Sound (model LT-52249) will be given away November 25th drawn from all four weeks’ remaining entries. The value of the 52-inch TV is $3,099.99.

6. A weekly drawing from the correct entries of the previous week’s words will be conducted live on ACTION 2 NEWS THIS MORNING. Drawing dates are Wednesday, November 4, 2009; Wednesday, November 11, 2009; Wednesday, November 18, 2009; and Wednesday, November 25, 2009.

7. Each of the weekly winners will be notified by telephone. In the unlikely event WBAY-TV is unable to contact a winner; another drawing will be conducted to determine the winner for that week. WBAY-TV is not responsible for errors, problems or difficulties with printing, U.S. mail, Internet (including e-mail), or telephone.

8. No purchase is necessary to enter.

9. This contest may be discontinued or rules changed at any time without notice.

10. This contest is conducted by WBAY-TV whose decisions are final on all matters.

11. The prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and may not be substituted by the winner. Some restrictions apply. Prizes can be claimed at Suess Electronics, 2520 W. Wisconsin Ave, Appleton, WI 54914. The prizes will be forfeited if not claimed within thirty (30) days of notification of winning. The prizes may be substituted by WBAY-TV or Suess Electronics in the unlikely event that it is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is not included for the prizes.

12. The winner must show proof of identification, including Social Security number, and must sign a standard station release. The winner is responsible for taxes and any other associated fees.

13. Winners agree that WBAY-TV, their sponsors, agencies and affiliates have no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any prizes awarded in this contest.

14. A copy of these rules is also available at the WBAY-TV studios located at 115 South Jefferson Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54301.

15. Upon completion of the contest, a complete list of winners will be available upon written request to WBAY-TV.
