Each daily entry actually gives you TWO CHANCES to win, because on November 24 we'll draw one more finalist from ALL the contest entries ... then on ACTION 2 NEWS AT TEN on November 25, one of the finalists will win a car!

ACTION 2 NEWS “POWER 2 CHOOSE” COMPLETE CONTEST RULES
1. This is an online only contest. Limit one entry per person and per unique email address per daily drawing.
2. Viewers will be asked to write down a key word or phrase (hereafter, “keyword”) announced during ACTION 2 NEWS AT TEN (in case of pre-emption, the late edition of Action 2 News) for a chance to win $200 Festival Foods gift card. Each gift card winner is then a finalist to win the grand prize, their choice of either a 2010 KIA SOUL or a 2010 KIA FORTE KOUP from DORSCH FORD KIA in GREEN BAY.
3. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Contestants must be from WBAY’s TV coverage area in Northeast Wisconsin which includes a total of 16 (sixteen) Wisconsin counties and 1 (one) Michigan county and is defined by Nielsen Media Research as [Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Menominee (WI), Menominee (MI), Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago counties] and Sheboygan county. Employees of WBAY-TV, Young Broadcasting Inc., participating sponsors, competing television stations, cable and satellite companies, and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. A keyword will be announced nightly Sunday through Friday during ACTION 2 NEWS AT TEN (in case of pre-emption, the late edition of Action 2 News) from Sunday, October 25, through Monday, November 23, 2009.
5. Viewers have until 4:00 P.M. Central Time the following afternoon to register on the designated contest page on WBAY.com and provide the winning keyword, except Friday night’s keyword when the deadline is 4:00 P.M. Central Time on Sunday.
6. One winner with the correct keyword will be randomly chosen from all of the entries received for the daily drawing, during ACTION 2 NEWS AT 5:30 on Sunday and ACTION 2 NEWS AT FIVE weekdays from Monday, October 26, through Tuesday, November 24, 2009. One additional finalist will be chosen from all entries received over the duration of this contest, on ACTION 2 NEWS AT TEN (or late edition of Action 2 News) on Tuesday, November 24, 2009.
7. Each daily winner receives a Festival Foods gift card with a value of $200 and is a finalist for the grand prize. The grand prize is the choice of either a 2010 KIA SOUL with approximate MSRP of $19,390 or a 2010 KIA FORTE KOUP with approximate MSRP of $20,240 from DORSCH FORD KIA in GREEN BAY.
8. The winner of the grand prize will be selected from all the finalists in a live drawing during ACTION 2 NEWS AT TEN on Wednesday, November 25, 2009.
9. Odds of winning a gift card are determined by the number of entries. Odds of finalists winning the grand prize are approximately 1 in 27.
10. Each finalist will be notified by telephone. In the unlikely event a finalist cannot be contacted or a finalist is determined ineligible during the contest, the qualifying spot will not be replaced and the odds of winning are increased. WBAY-TV is not responsible for errors, problems, or difficulties in the contest including, but not limited to, Internet, email, or telephone service.
11. One prize winner per household.
12. No purchase is necessary to enter.
13. This contest may be discontinued or rules changed at any time without notice.
14. This contest is conducted by WBAY-TV whose decisions are final on all matters.
15. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted by the winner. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed within seven (7) days of notification of winning or if the winner is determined to be ineligible. A prize may be substituted by WBAY-TV in the unlikely event that it is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. The grand prize must be picked up by a licensed driver at DORSCH FORD KIA of GREEN BAY. Tax, title, license, and delivery charges are not included.
16. The winner must show proof of identification, including a valid driver’s license and Social Security number, and must sign a standard station release. The winner is responsible for title, license, taxes, and any other associated fees.
17. Winners agree that WBAY-TV, their sponsors, agencies and affiliates have no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any prizes awarded in this contest.
