A Calumet County judge dismisses the felony charge against the wife accused of participating in a plot to lure her cheating husband to a motel.
30-year-old Tracy Hood-Davis of Fond du Lac was one of four women charged with being party to false imprisonment in the July 30th incident.
Court records say the 37-year-old man was romantically involved with three of the women and the fourth went to a Stockbridge motel to support her sister in the plot.
So far, two of the women have pleaded not guilty. One of the women is also accused of fourth-degree sexual assault.
