Fond du Lac, Oshkosh law enforcement salutes Detective Jason Weiland

Officers from Fond Du Lac and Oshkosh honored Detective Weiland and supported Everest Metro PD Thursday by saluting the slain officer as his body was transported back to Wausau following an autopsy in Fond du lac.

Nine people are now in custody and one is out on bail, following Wednesday's deadly car-and-knife attack.

The four people killed in Wednesday's shootings were publicly identified Thursday. The suspect was not.

The Everest Metropolitan detective was killed during a series of attacks in the Wausau area. He's survived by his wife and two children.
